Key Collection
Please arrange a time to collect keys for your new property from our office at 30 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BW.

Key Points
Keys can only be collected once your tenancy has begun so please ensure your chosen slot is on or after your tenancy start date. All sets of keys for the property will be handed over at your chosen collection slot unless you request otherwise. If you do not wish to collect all key sets, please specify how many sets you would like in the “Special Request” section.
You must bring a valid photographic ID to your appointment, we are required to verify this before we can release any keys.
If you would like someone else to collect keys on your behalf, please provide their full name and contact number in the “Special Request” section. They will also need to bring a valid photographic ID to the appointment.
