Paul and Peter currently hold a Plumbing City and Guilds qualification that enables them to fill/ drain different types of central heating systems, install radiators and towel warmers and carry out fault finding on central heating systems as well as a number of other plumbing maintenance.

Scott, our newest member of the team, has a number of years’ experience as a facilities and maintenance technician. His experience provides us with range of skills required to give our tenants the first-class customer service we strive for.

All of our technicians are fully Portable Appliance Test (PAT) trained.

Finally, we have our CPM, manager, Dawn, within the office that specifically deals with all of the general maintenance reported by our tenants and the overall operating of the department and team.
Our list of services that we are able to offer to all of our tenants range from conducting the annual Portable Appliance Tests and carrying out basic locksmith repairs, to performing full Bathroom or Shower Room refurbishments and is as follows:

  • Annual Portable Appliance Tests (PAT).
  • Fire and Smoke Detector Certification (installation of all required smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors).
  • Domestic electrical works (socket replacements, switches and ceiling pendants, shower replacements etc).
  • Joinery work (repairs and replacement fire doors, damaged subfloors, kitchen worktops etc).
  • General handyman and maintenance repairs.
  • Small painting jobs.
  • The replacement and installation of blinds.
  • Sash window repairs (replacement sash cords, replacing fasteners etc).
  • Installation of LVT, vinyl flooring and smaller carpet works.
  • Full bathroom and shower room refurbishments.
  • Reseals around baths, showers, sinks.
  • Domestic plumbing (removal of dead legs and blockages, installation of radiators and towel radiators, fill and drain different types of central heating systems and carry out fault finding on central heating systems etc).
  • Gardening works.
  • Basic locksmith repairs.
  • Removal and disposal of any household items and furniture.


At CPM we provide a one-year guarantee on all of our jobs, from minor repairs to full refurbishments, which will cover any deficiencies in materials or defects in workmanship. During this period should you experience any discrepancies we will carry out a repair or the item can be exchanged with no additional costs.
