Most landlords tell us the same thing - they want to retain their property and know it is being well looked after by reliable tenants, and be confident that any problems are taken care of in the most cost effective way possible. Landlords also want to know that the rent is being collected and sent to them without having to chase it, and that they are kept informed along the way.

Overseas landlords

If you have applied for a non-resident landlord scheme number (as issued by the tax centre for non-residents) please note that you will need to apply for a new number with Cullen Property Ltd. Our Ref No. is 922 NA 025595.  Please apply as soon as possible as tax will be deducted at source at 20% until such time as your application has been processed.
