The next step is to take a look around it. If you call one of the Cullen Property team on 0131 221 1818 we will arrange to meet you at the property and show you around.

You'll be shown around by a member of the Cullen Property team, which means they'll be able to answer all of those important questions that you'll have; Which bus route is it on? Are the neighbours ok? Does it have internet connections? Where's the nearest supermarket?

What they won't do is try to get you to take the property there and then.

At the viewing we'll give you a handout that explains the letting process for you in detail and lists which property you saw. This means that at the end of the day, all of the flats that you've seen won't start blending into one!

If you would like to register for the property, simply pop into our office in Edinburgh city centre and we can start taking you through the letting process. Once that is complete you will receive the keys to your new home.

Throughout your time at the property we will attend to any issues or faults quickly and efficiently and help make your time there as enjoyable as possible. All of the maintenance personnel that we use are fully qualified and have been vetted by us ensuring best practises are adhered to.
