Malcolm Warrack
Malcolm now spearheads the Property Acquisition & Development Division as well as overseeing the Residential Lettings Office.
Malcolm has been involved in the commercial and residential property industry in Edinburgh and Scotland for over 30 years.
His extensive knowledge and local contacts give Cullen's clients a detailed insight and access to the Edinburgh marketplace.

Steve Coyle
Steve joined Cullen Property Ltd in March 2003 as Lettings Property Manager to head the Residential Lettings Office team.
He brings a wealth of customer service and business experience gained from 17 years spent working in the Banking environment and latterly in the Motor Industry Service Management sector.
Steve moved from Leeds to Edinburgh in 2000

Chris Laidlaw
A graduate of Napier University, having previously directed a successful property maintenance company, Chris brings a wealth of technical knowledge to Cullen.
He joined the company in 2004 after moving from a facilities management role with Standard Life and has been a key player in the restructuring and advancement of the Maintenance Department.

Anita Gregory
Anita joined Cullen Property Ltd in June 2003 as Head of Accounts following a move from London to the borders town of Carnwath.
Anita had previously spent 17 years as Estates Administrator with a large clothing retail group and has employed her considerable abilities to reconfigure the department and has been a key player in the implementation of Cullen's completely new Management System.

Sally Tyrrell
Born and brought up in Edinburgh with a detailed knowledge of the City. Graduated in Leisure Management BA (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Having worked for 3 years in the health and fitness industry joined Cullen in October 2003, and is now responsible along with Malcolm for the acquisition, refurbishment and furnishing of properties.

Elaine Noble
Joined Cullen Property Ltd in 2003 having previously worked in the Financial Services Industry and latterly in the New Business start-up field, gaining wide experience in all aspects of business administration.
Her first role within Cullen involved assisting all members of the Residential Letting & Management Department on the front desk and is now the Senior Lettings Administrator/Contract Manager dealing with all aspects of property admin and contracts.

Audrey Walsh
Audrey has been with the company since 2001. She co-ordinates the Maintenance Dept and is the pivotal link between our landlords, our tenants and the contractors.
Her people skills and considerable knowledge of the local property scene ensure the smooth running and timely completion of all maintenance issues.

Angela Stevens
Joined Cullen in 1999 to control the office administration and the day to day detailed management.
Angela liases with all our Clients to update them on any issues regarding their investment. Born and brought up in the city, she has an intimate knowledge of Edinburgh and uses this to its full potential.

Susan Bennet
A business graduate of Robert Gordon University, Susan joined Cullen in 2007 with previous property experience after having worked at another Edinburgh letting agency.
Susan manages the company's marketing and promotional activities in co-ordination with our PR company and also develops new Landlord client business.

Jill Vasey
Joined Cullen Property Ltd in 2007 having previously worked in retail management and latterly in the property care department of another property management company, gaining wide experience in customer service and the Edinburgh lettings market.
Jill assists Anita in the accounts department and is also first point of contact for Cullen’s tenants and clients

Helen Devine
Helen joined Cullen in summer 2008 having previously worked for an Edinburgh factoring company.
With extensive experience in the property maintenance field, she co-ordinates the Cullen Property Ltd in-house maintenance team and also assists Audrey in the day to day running of the department.
