Meet the team

Malcolm Warrack - Managing Director
Malcolm founded Cullen in 1998 and leads the Property Investment Department as well as overseeing the Residential Lettings Office. Malcolm has been involved in the commercial and residential property industry in Edinburgh and Scotland for over 30 years.

His extensive knowledge and local contacts give Cullen's clients a detailed insight and access to the Edinburgh marketplace.


Steve Coyle
- Operations Director
Steve joined Cullen in 2003 and became Operations Director after completing his MBA at Edinburgh University in 2008.

He brings a wealth of customer service and business experience gained from 20 years spent not only in the property industry but also in the Banking and Motor Industry Service Management sectors.


Chris Laidlaw
- Project Manager
A graduate of Napier University, with an HND in Building Surveying, having previously directed a successful property maintenance company until 2002, Chris brings a wealth of technical knowledge to Cullen. Chris also worked at Standard Life PLC from 2002 to 2004, when he joined Cullen.

He sources investment properties for clients and is also the Project Manager for all the major refurbishment works undertaken by the company.


Anita Gregory - Financial Controller
Anita joined the company in 2003 following a move from London to the borders.

Anita had previously spent 17 years with a large clothing retail group working in various roles within different departments of the group; the last few years spent as an Estates Administrator. She is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant and was a key player in the implementation of Cullen's completely new bespoke Property Management System.


Sally Tyrell - Accounts Manager
Born and brought up in Edinburgh with a detailed knowledge of the City. Graduated in Leisure Management BA (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Having worked for 3 years in the health and fitness industry joined Cullen in October 2003, and is now works with Anita in managing the client accounts.

Susan Bennet  - Front Office Manager
A business graduate of Robert Gordon University, Susan joined Cullen in 2007 with previous property experience after having worked at another Edinburgh letting agency.

Susan co-ordinates the company's marketing and promotional activities in co-ordination with our PR company and also develops new Landlord client business.  She also looks after all renewal leases.


Elaine Noble – Contracts Manager
Joined Cullen Property Ltd in 2003 having previously worked in the Financial Services Industry and latterly in the New Business start-up field, gaining wide experience in all aspects of business administration.

Elaines primary role is managing the portfolios lease and legal documentation  She also maintains and provides backup for the company’s management software system.


Audrey Walsh - Maintenance Manager
Audrey has been with the company since 2001 and manages the Maintenance Dept.  She is the pivotal link between our landlords, our tenants and the contractors.

Her people skills and considerable knowledge of the local property scene ensure the smooth running and timely completion of all maintenance issues.


Helen Devine
- Maintenance Co-ordinator
Helen joined Cullen in summer 2008 having previously worked for an Edinburgh factoring company.

With extensive experience in the property maintenance field, she co-ordinates the Cullen Property Ltd in-house maintenance team and also works in the day to day running of the department.
