Our costs

Our standard management fee is 15% of the rent we collect for you. There are no hidden extras and all advertising, lease preparation, inventory compilation, and renewals are included in this fee.

Other agents do offer lower fees but, for a truer picture of what you might be charged, it’s important to add up all of those ‘extras’.
