At Cullen Property we constantly strive to let your property to respectable tenants at the highest achievable rent, and without void periods in between. Our managed portfolio has grown to over 300 properties. Each property has been hand-picked by the directors and management team to maintain the element of quality. Our properties have so far achieved a high occupancy level: always in excess of 95% and frequently more than 98%.
