As your independent consultants we handle everything involved in sourcing, purchasing, refurbishing, furnishing, letting and managing residential property in Edinburgh. The only thing you need do is arrange loan finance and cash deposit. Most of our clients initially come to us with somewhere between £40,000 and £100,000 to invest. Introduction to lawyers, banks and other sources of finance and tax experts can all be provided.
