Cullen Property was founded in 1998 by two directors
who believed passionately in the future of Edinburgh.
Since that time the managed portfolio has grown to
over 250 properties. The quality of these properties
is very good, as each property has been hand picked
by the directors and management team.
These properties have so far achieved a very high
occupancy level: always in excess of 95% and frequently
more than 98%.
Cullen was formed to provide a specialist service
for clients wishing to invest in residential property
in Edinburgh. We buy and manage properties for our
clients.
We have an office in central Edinburgh and deal only
in the city. Our philosophy is to be the best at what
we do at a competitive price.
Over the past 6 years we have acquired about 200
properties; the same basic criteria are always adhered
