Our Mission is to be the premier residential property investment, letting and management team in Edinburgh, ensuring all our tenants, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders experience a first-class personal and professional service from our company.Cullen Property was founded in 1998 by two directors who believe passionately in the future of Edinburgh. The company was formed to provide a specialist service for clients wishing to invest in residential property in Edinburgh and we buy and manage properties for our clients. We also help those on the lookout for a reliable letting agent in Edinburgh who wish to rent a flat or house in the city.
Since that time our managed portfolio has grown to nearly 300 properties. The quality of these properties is excellent as each has been hand-picked by the directors and management team. Our properties have so far achieved a very high occupancy level: always in excess of 95% and frequently more than 98%.
We have an office in central Edinburgh and deal only in the city. Our philosophy is to be the best at what we do, at a competitive price.
